Mission & Vision
Mission: Our mission is to help eradicate the stigma that is still so prevalent today in the Body of Christ. Our goal is to provide you with training, resources, and support to normalize the human experience. We are mind, body, and spirit and the Lord desperately wants us to deal with each component of what makes us who we are.
Vision: Our vision is to provide a safe space where Faith and Mental Health can collide and allow the Holy Spirit to move and be free as participants learn, heal, and develop language for their pain and the pain of others.
2023 Theme "Unashamed"
Theme: The theme that the Holy Spirit gave for the 2023 Summit is “Unashamed.” Mental Health Awareness in the Church is continuing to change but there is still work to be done. Many people are still among us who are ashamed daily for the condition of their Mental Health. Christ loves us unconditionally and He cares about every area of our lives including the condition of our Mental Health and He wants his people to become "Unashamed" of their struggles, so that they can heal and break free from condemnation.
This event will help Christians, Christian Leaders, Mental Health Providers, and Life Coaches have strategies, tools, and resources that will impact their families, work, communities, and their individual lives.
As an attendee of this event, expect to hear from powerful speakers, participate in giveaways, handouts, relevant training sessions, networking opportunities, community and so much more.
1 Thessalonians 5:23
Just as God is three in one-Creator, Christ, Holy Spirit-humans were created as three parts: body, mind, and spirit.
In the Word of God, it says that Jesus Wept three different times. That’s in John 11:35, Luke 19:41, and Hebrews 5:7-9. Specifically, in John 11:35 Jesus weeps for several reasons. He wept at the death of Lazarus and He wept because the people were heartbroken. This scripture is only one example of how compassionate Jesus is towards us and He cares about your Mental Health as well.
Ecclesiastes 3 explains to us how there is a Season for Everything. Specifically, Ecclesiastes 3:4 says…a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance. This chapter shows us how we go through different seasons in life and the Word of God encourages us to seek wise counsel in reference to life matters.

“That New Testament Love: Overcoming Unresolved Trauma in Relationships”
People don’t date people, they date patterns; old patterns with strong gravitational forces. Unresolved trauma, whether big or small, tugs on us as we try to pull ourselves towards one another and, without fail, dysregulation ensues. In 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 we learn about love, but how do we apply this knowledge when past traumatic experiences unconsciously pull us towards unhealthy, but all too familiar, ways of loving and being loved? This presentation will break down the concrete application of 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 by focusing on the knowledge, attitudes, and Christian leaders, existing Christian Therapists, and other Christians who need strategies and support to overcome unresolved trauma to build better relationships.

Identity Theft: Free from Guilt and Shame
One of the most effective ways Satan can stop the plan of God for your life is by stealing your God-given identity. He wants you to be insecure, feel inferior, and walk around with low self-esteem. Why? Because once you've accepted a distorted identity, you make choices that support the way you feel about yourself. Do you know who you are? I’m not talking about who you are because of your parents, your background, or your upbringing, but I mean, do you really know who you are in Christ? In this presentation you will learn how to combat the negative thoughts that the enemy has planted in you by using strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the Word of God.

How Christian Parents & Caregivers can Decrease Childhood Anxiety in Less than 10 Minutes a Day
Anxiety symptoms appear differently in children than how they appear in adults. Many parents/caregivers are not aware that they are suffering in silence. Many parents/caregivers may know but they struggle with how to help their children to cope with life stressors at such a young age. Many children suffer in silence and do not have the language to fully articulate their symptoms, or they may feel ashamed to discuss it with their parents, caregivers, and loved ones. In this session, parents/caregivers will learn to use the Parental Peace Framework to understand and address their child’s anxiety and motivate them to do their best in just minutes each day.

Unashamed of Parenting Through My Trauma
When we partner with God and Mental Health Professionals, we become a living testament of a restored life. I have accepted the assignment to teach other women how to parent through their trauma. The battle wounds inflicted on you from childhood and/or adulthood don't have to be the sum total of your life. In this session, we will learn how to identify unhealthy patterns that affect mother/daughter relationships and learn healthy coping skills that can help you, your client, or lay member of your congregation to develop a better relationship with your daughter. We will also explore examples in the Bible of what God says about who we are and what we are capable of doing in and through Him.
